When you have a question regarding the Surgery Center bill, please contact us. If you have a question about your surgeon’s bill, call them directly.  We will send you a statement that represents the facility fee for use of the Surgery Center.  Your surgeon and anesthesiologist will bill you separately for their services.  Radiology and Pathology, if their services were utilized, will also bill you separately.
 
• We will bill your insurance company directly, as a courtesy.

• You are responsible for any copay and unmet deductible on the day of service.

• Once your insurance carriers pays your claim, we will bill you for any remaining balance.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Personal Checks and CareCredit  www.carecredit.com.

• If you do not have insurance, or if you are having Cosmetic Surgery, you will be required to pay for your surgery prior to admission.  A price quote will be made available to you by our business office.   

• Dental Surgery is paid with your medical insurance, not your dental insurance.  Check with your insurance company, if you have questions about this.

• Surgery Center of Fairfield County participates with most local and national commercial insurance companies.
