SELF PAY

You will be contacted prior to your date of surgery with an estimated cost for your procedure. 

SELF PAY – COSMETIC SURGERY  - ELECTIVE SURGERY

If you are having Cosmetic Surgery, you will be required to pay for your surgery prior to admission.  A price quote, based on the Operating Room time provided to us by your physician, will be made available to you by our business office.  After your surgery, we will send you a bill if there is additional time utilized or a refund if less time is utilized.  This balance is due upon receipt. 

If your insurance company is not listed, it may be considered to be part of one of the networks listed above.  Please call our office at 203-374-1515 and ask to speak with the billing department for more information.
